Return Policy for Cowgirl Truckers
At Cowgirl Truckers, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following guidelines.
Returns for Store Credit:
- Only returns are accepted for store credit only no refunds
- Customers have 15 days from the date of shipment to request a return for store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged hat or the wrong item, notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if possible.
Please include:
1. Your order number.
2. The name associated with your purchase.
3. A photo of the issue for damaged items.
How to Process a Return for Store Credit:
1. Email Us: Start your return request by emailing us at cowgirltruckers@gmail.com
2. Ensure the Item Meets Return Guidelines:
- The hat must be unused, in its original packaging, and show no signs of wear.
- Please ensure there are no stains or damage.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these standards.
3. Ship the Return:
- Customers are responsible for purchasing and printing their own return shipping label.
- Use a tracked shipping method for your return.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your store credit. You will receive a notification once your credit is issued.
