At Cowgirl Truckers, we’re dedicated to getting your hats to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every package is handled with care. As a small business, each order is personally packaged by Bridget, and we’re so grateful for your patience and support as we continue to grow!
Order Processing Time:
- In-stock orders: Shipped within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Details:
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- As a small but growing business, we don’t offer international shipping at this time. However, if you’re located outside the U.S., feel free to reach out to us at cowgirltruckers@gmail.com —we hope to expand soon!
Delivery Address:
- Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
- If you realize you’ve made an error, email us immediately at cowgirltruckers@gmail.com , and we’ll do our best to update the address. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been placed.
- Orders that need to be resent due to incorrect addresses will require customers to cover 100% of the shipping and handling fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, it is no longer in our hands. Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. For assistance, please contact the carrier directly.

- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
- First-Class Mail: 3-10 business days.
